As Head of Community & Ecosystem Programs, Dave uses emerging themes and open source projects like Microservices, Serverless & Kubernetes to bring the magic of Redis to database developers and DBAs. Dave has extensive developer experience from his years building web apps in the cloud and working with big data. Prior to Redis Labs, Dave led the relationship between public cloud providers and BigDL (Intel’s Deep Learning in Apache Spark project). Many years ago, Dave was PayPal's first developer advocate where he helped pioneer web api developer evangelism.
