Nelson is a Computer Engineer and seasoned presenter from the Oracle community, having been a presenter since 2008 at almost every major Oracle related conference in North America, Europe, and Latin America, including at Oracle OpenWorld. Nelson works with PostgreSQL and Oracle on a daily basis as a Principal Consultant for Pythian - the last technical team escalation point handling the Pythian client's most difficult and serious PostgreSQL and Oracle technical problems.
In the Oracle world he is an Oracle ACE Director and Oracle Certified Professional, also certified with GCP and AWS. He is a member of the LAOUC Board and Uruguayan Oracle User Group (UYOUG) leader.
