PostgreSQL operational pain points and solutions
As part of our research, we have spoken with a large number of companies using Postgres at various levels of scale and sophistication. We have discussed in particular pain points around schema changes, replication / CDC, monitoring/observability, and scaling.
As part of this talk, we’ll present the biggest milestones and the associated issues that people are hitting in their Postgres journey, as well as how we (at Xata) are trying to address these issues.
