Guanqun Yang is a software engineer at Bloomberg, where he focuses on building and optimizing data systems. Guanqun has a passion for advancing scalable and high-performance data infrastructure and is an active contributor to open source database-related projects, including PgBouncer. Before joining Bloomberg, he worked and interned at Meta, P&G, and Alibaba. Guanqun earned a master's degree in computer science from New York University and a bachelor's degree in computer science from Sun Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou, China.
