With deep hands-on engineering experience and a track record of executive leadership, Oscar bridges the gap between C-level business strategy and technical execution in complex enterprise environments.
A technologist at heart, Oscar has architected scalable, mission-critical solutions across industries. His expertise spans distributed databases, high-throughput transactional systems, Kubernetes orchestration, managed service platforms, multi-cloud architectures (GCP, Azure), and modern programming languages including Go, Java, C/C++, and Python. He has also designed protocol-level solutions and APIs for real-time data access at scale.
