Dian is a data architect currently at Beacon Biosignals, a computational neuroscience startup. She started working with Postgres in 2015, and has used it as a foundational part of the data stack in everything from weather station logistics to insurance risk optimization to supporting clinical research. Besides a few small contributions to Postgres and community tools, she's maintained open source projects like the introspection-powered Postgres data mapper MassiveJS and its successor, monstrous.
